1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using At7adak (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. Eligibility

• Users must be at least 18 years old
• Users must comply with applicable laws in Lebanon and their country
• At7adak reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate eligibility

3. Platform Description

At7adak is a skill-based competitive gaming platform where users can:

• Create and join matches
• Compete against other users
• Win rewards based on performance

At7adak does not control or host gameplay. All matches occur on third-party games.

4. User Accounts

• Users are responsible for their account and activity
• Sharing accounts is prohibited
• Providing false information is not allowed

5. Wallet & Payments

• Users may deposit funds into their wallet
• Funds are used for match entry fees
• Entry fees are locked during matches
• At7adak is not a bank or financial institution

6. Matches & Results

• Matches are played on external games
• Both players must submit results
• Screenshot proof is recommended
• If results match → winner is confirmed
• If results conflict → match enters dispute

7. Disputes

• Evidence may be required (screenshots)
• At7adak reviews and determines outcome
• Decisions are final

8. Fair Play & Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Cheat or exploit game mechanics
• Use bots or automation
• Harass other users
• Submit fake results
• Manipulate match outcomes

Violation may result in penalties or bans.

9. Fees

At7adak may charge a platform fee on matches. Fees will be displayed before participation.

10. Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals are unlocked through AT7ADAK’s player level system. Users may request withdrawals only if:

• They have reached at least Level 2 (Active): 5+ completed matches and $30+ total played amount
• Their account is not flagged for suspicious activity

Level 1 (New) players cannot withdraw. See the full Withdrawal Limits page. At7adak may modify these requirements at any time.

11. Play-Through Requirement

Deposited funds may require usage in matches before withdrawal. Total played amount is also used to determine your player level and unlock higher entry and withdrawal limits.

12. Withdrawal Limits

Daily withdrawal limits depend on player level:

• Level 1 (New): withdrawals not available
• Level 2 (Active): up to $100/day
• Level 3 (Trusted): up to $300/day

Withdrawals are also subject to minimum amounts, processing time, and verification. Limits are shown in the app and may change. Full details: Withdrawal Limits.

13. Withdrawal Processing

• Withdrawals may take time to process
• At7adak may delay, approve, or reject requests
• Additional verification may be required

14. Fraud Prevention & Monitoring

At7adak monitors activity to prevent:

• Fraud
• Collusion
• Abuse of the platform

Monitoring may include:

• Match history
• Opponent frequency
• Device and IP usage
• Gameplay behavior

15. Suspicious Activity

If suspicious activity is detected, At7adak may:

• Restrict or suspend accounts
• Delay or block withdrawals
• Investigate user activity

16. Collusion & Match Manipulation

Users must not:

• Intentionally lose to transfer funds
• Repeatedly play the same opponent unfairly
• Coordinate match outcomes

Violations may result in:

• Match cancellation
• Loss of funds
• Account suspension or ban

17. Right to Hold or Void Transactions

At7adak may:

• Hold funds
• Cancel matches
• Reverse transactions

if fraud or abuse is suspected.

18. Account Restrictions

Accounts may be restricted if:

• Risk levels are exceeded
• Suspicious behavior is detected
• Rules are violated

Restrictions may include:

• Withdrawal limitations
• Match restrictions
• Account suspension

19. Limitation of Liability

At7adak is not responsible for:

• Game server issues
• Connectivity problems
• User mistakes

Use is at your own risk.

20. Termination

At7adak may suspend or terminate accounts without notice if Terms are violated.

21. Privacy

User data is handled according to the Privacy Policy.

22. Changes to Terms

At7adak may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance.

23. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon.
